Middle School Science Teacher & 7th Grade Homeroom Teacher

Email Me

I am so excited to be joining the school family as the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade science teacher this year! I was born and raised Catholic and grew up in Cleveland, where my faith and curiosity about the world helped shape who I am today. Teaching wasn’t actually my first career—I spent many years as an attorney before realizing my true calling was in the classroom. My patron saint is St. Francis of Assisi, and I think we have a lot in common because I absolutely love animals of every kind. I love helping students discover how amazing God’s creation is through science, and I can’t wait to meet all of my students and their families. I look forward to a year filled with learning, asking great questions, trying new experiments, and having plenty of fun along the way! Outside of school, I’m a Major in the Civil Air Patrol, the official auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force, where I enjoy mentoring young people and serving my community. I’m also a chess master and have competed professionally, so don’t be surprised if you see a chessboard appear from time to time.
