Hi! I’m Marleigh Plachecki and I’ve been on IHM’s School Board since the fall of 2023. My husband Dan and I are long-standing parishioners of IHM (we were married here in 2001). We have three children – Brady, Bryce, and Avery — who all attended IHM from Preschool 3’s through 8th grade. Throughout our many years at IHM, Dan and I have maintained varied and active involvement in both IHM School and Church. This community has blessed us in so many ways!

My service on the School Board was born from a church bulletin posting, where the Board was seeking someone with a background in Human Resources. As an HR professional with many years of diverse business experience, I felt called to give back to IHM in this new way. I am passionate about Catholic education, and excited to contribute to “Disciples First, Then Diplomas” at IHM. Currently serving as the chair of the
Committee on New Directors, I’d love to connect if you have an interest in future IHM School Board participation!
